Return Process

  Log into your VILLAGEMART account, navigate to 'Order History', and select the items you wish to return to receive a printable shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and in their original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
